1. How do I find your fonts and motifs?
You can find our available fonts and motifs under the “Personalization” tab on the website! If you are looking for something specific and do not see it listed, please feel free to message me on Instagram or email me at shoptinyheartsembroidery@gmail.com. I absolutely love custom orders and am always adding new designs to my library!
2. This motif is shown in one color, but I want it in another color. Can I customize that?
Yes! All motifs, fonts, thread colors, and embroidery details are fully customizable. If you have a specific vision in mind, leave your requests in the personalization box or contact me directly, and I will do my best to bring it to life.
3. How fast will I receive my item?
Before adding an item to your cart, you will be asked to acknowledge the current turnaround time for your order. Please note that turnaround time does not include shipping time, so be sure to account for both processing and shipping when planning for holidays, birthdays, vacations, special events, and gifts.
4. Can I request a completely custom design?
Absolutely! Custom designs are one of my favorite things to create. If you have an idea, theme, color palette, or inspiration photo in mind, send me a message, and we can work together to create something special and unique for your little one.
5. Do you offer rush orders?
Occasionally, depending on current order volume and availability, I may be able to accommodate rush orders. Please contact me before placing your order to discuss timing and availability. Rush fees may apply.
6. How should I care for my embroidered items?
To keep your Tiny Hearts pieces looking their best, we recommend washing all items on a cold, gentle cycle with mild detergent. For stains, gently spot treat as needed before washing. To preserve the quality of the embroidery and fabric, hang items to dry rather than using high heat in the dryer.
For the crispest, most polished look, iron on a low setting if needed, avoiding direct high heat on the embroidery whenever possible.
Upon arrival, you may notice a slight, clear film on motifs, smaller fonts, or in between embroidered details. This is completely normal! It is a water-soluble embroidery topper used during the stitching process to help achieve the cleanest, crispest embroidery finish possible. It will fully disappear after the first wash.
6. How do I enter my monogram or font to ensure it’s in the correct order?
Please enter all monograms and names in fLm order (first, Last, middle) to ensure accuracy across all fonts and styles. You may also type out the full name if preferred.

If a selected font requires a different monogram arrangement, I will adjust it for you before stitching. Entering monograms in fLm order simply helps keep everything consistent and accurate across the board!
7. Do you offer returns or exchanges?
Due to the custom and personalized nature of our products, all sales are final, and we do not offer returns or exchanges unless an error was made on my end. If there is an issue with your order, please email me at shoptinyheartsembroidery@gmail.com within 14 days of delivery, and I will gladly work with you to make it right.
8. Can I get an order update?
When adding items to your cart, you will see the current turnaround time listed before checkout. We kindly ask that you keep this timeframe in mind before reaching out for an update. If your order is still within the posted turnaround window, we may not be able to respond to status update requests so we can focus on creating, packaging, and shipping each order as quickly and carefully as possible. We promise your order is being made with so much love and attention to detail!
9. How can I reach you about a current order?
For all questions regarding current orders, please email shoptinyheartsembroidery@gmail.com. This is the only inbox monitored for order-related questions to ensure nothing gets missed.
Please do not send Instagram DMs or contact any other email addresses regarding current orders, as those messages may be overlooked or delayed. Keeping all order communication in one place helps us respond more efficiently and keep everything organized for our customers.
