Due to the custom and personalized nature of our products, all sales are final and we do not accept returns or exchanges. Each piece is made specially for your order, so please double and triple-check all sizing selections, style choices, personalization details, monograms, and spelling before placing your order.

That being said, we are human, and mistakes can happen. If there is any issue at all with your order, please contact us within 14 days of delivery at shoptinyheartsembroidery@gmail.com so we can review the issue and make it right if applicable.

Any approved return-eligible items must be unworn, unwashed, and free of any signs of wear or use. Tiny Hearts Embroidery reserves the right to deny returns or replacements that do not meet these conditions.
